Jump-start your college journey!

If you're eager to get a head-start on your college education, CCBC offers a variety of Early College Access Programs (ECAP) to get you where you need to go – at a fraction of the cost. You can earn one of more than 30 credit and non-credit certificates ranging from cybersecurity to medical coding at CCBC while you’re still in high school.

  • Tuition Benefit Program: BCPS students enrolled in college courses receive a 50% tuition reduction. Students who qualify as College and Career Ready (CCR) will not be billed for tuition, fees or books! Learn more»
  • Dual Credit Courses: Also known as dual enrollment, you can earn high school and college credit for the same course! Learn more»
  • Career Pathways: As a Maryland County high school student, you can advance your college and workplace careers at the same time by earning up to 22 credits upon enrollment at CCBC! Learn more»

Maryland Parallel Enrollment Program (PEP)
