The Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) prepares you for a variety of career opportunities in the child care field. With this degree, you can pursue roles such as program director, senior staff teacher, or assistant in quality child care centers and preschools.
Through the Teacher Education Program, you can earn an Associate of Arts in Teaching (A.A.T.), which guarantees you a smooth transfer to most Maryland four-year colleges and universities in the following teacher education majors:
Through CCBC’s Continuing Education, you can enroll in our Child Care Provider Certificate program, designed to prepare you for a rewarding career in child care with plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement.
