Dr. Frances Borowsky, adjunct cello teacher at CCBC, has performed in over thirty countries as recitalist, soloist with orchestras, and chamber musician throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.
She studied at University of Maryland (DMA), Peabody Conservatory (MM), Folkwang University (MM), and Towson University (BM).
Dr. Borowsky serves as Executive Director of the Intermuse Music Institute and Festival in Maryland, teaches cello privately and at CCBC, and repairs instruments at her shop, Grace Albert Strings, in Baltimore.
