If you are applying to the Dental Hygiene program, the Radiography program, or any of the Nursing programs, you will need to participate in pre-admission testing as well. The test is called the ATI Test of Essential Academic Skills (ATI TEAS) and is a multiple-choice assessment of basic academic knowledge in reading, mathematics, science, English and language usage. The score you receive on the test is a required part of the selective admissions process.
CCBC offers the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) exam at CCBC's Testing Center locations, Essex, Catonsville, Dundalk and Owings Mills campuses. To register for the exam, pay and schedule an appointment, visit ATI Testing. No matter where you take the TEAS exam you should ask that the score be submitted to "CCBC TEAS". Test scores are valid for two years.
