Introduces the Chinese movement forms known as Tai Chi Chuan; emphasizes weight shifts, total body movement, and coordinated breathing; provides opportunities to increase fitness, relaxation and a heightened sense of well being. Appropriate for all ages. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.
