Enhanced Supervison Training (MGT 478)

This course is designed to teach newly promoted police sergeants the skills needed to perform as supervisors. An emphasis will be placed upon interpersonal skills and leadership development. Topics to be covered include counseling difficult employees, motivation, leadership, and practical problems encountered in the police department.
