Swimming Level II (FIT 504)

Continue practice for those who have completed Swimming Level I or who can swim a distance of 50 yards. Covers intermediate aquatics skills, competitive swim strokes, water safety and fitness concepts. This class is also offered for credit as PEAQ 101.
