Is a course in which students are introduced to approaches in program organization, planning, and implementation of school-age care for children in before- and/or after-school settings. Emphasis is placed on age-appropriate curriculum and program planning, the selection of age-appropriate materials, and methods in support of educational outcomes. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.

Prerequisite(s): EDTR 120.
