Is a course in which students trace the evolution of dance in Hip Hop culture from its foundations in Africa to its current transformation as a multi-cultural phenomenon impacting dance, music, literature, and popular culture. Attending a Dance Concert performance is required, and admission fees may be charged. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.
