Discusses the needs of the construction industry that require unique cost control methods; includes study of records of labor, material, and equipment and expands upon the techniques of identifying, recording, measuring, and evaluating financial information. 3 hours lecture per week. Course offered once a year (fall or spring).

Prerequisite(s): CONT 106 and CSIT 101 or permission of the Construction Management Coordinator.
