Covers the basic skills and knowledge necessary to function as a construction project management professional. Course topics include a wide range of subjects including project delivery techniques, project coordination/administration, and project close out. The course topics are approaches as separate and interrelated subjects to demonstrate the need for solid leadership as well as the importance of good planning upon project cost and profits. Course offered once a year (fall or spring).

Prerequisite(s): CONT 106 or equivalent experience.
