Make your own delicious sauces such as marinara, Alfredo, pesto and carbonara and learn how to make pasta dough from scratch. Using a hand-crank pasta machine, make fettuccine and pappardelle as well as fillable pasta such as ravioli and tortellini, incorporating your favorite herbs and spices.
