Presents a comprehensive analysis of Air Traffic Control (ATC) regulatory flight publications including manuals, charts, advisory circulars and procedures. Topics: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, Aeronautical Information Manual, Letters of Agreement, Terminal Procedures (TERPS) publications and applicable FAA Orders. Aircraft Recognition and Performance will also be studied and applied. These lessons will be correlated and reinforced with simulation exercises where students will be challenged to use proper pilot-controller phraseology and decision making skills. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.

Corequisite(s): AVMT 221.
