This course is designed to teach the apprentice the math, welding, layout and preparation necessary to fabricate jobs. Topics to be covered include trade math, fittings, pipe and valves used in pipefitting, reading blueprints, welding pipe, cutting pipe, controlling distortion while welding, and shop safety.
