Federal Aid

The Department of Education redesigned the FAFSA for the 2024-2025 school year as part of the FAFSA Simplification Act.

Maryland State Financial Aid

The Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) offers a variety of state grants, scholarships and loan assistance programs to in-state students. Read more about Maryland State Financial aid below. 

• Final consideration to submit the 2024-2025 FAFSA for the Howard P. Rawlings Educational Excellence Awards Program has been extended to June 1, 2024. 
• The MHEC One-App is available to students. It will include a section for any applicants who are ineligible to complete a FAFSA.
