This innovative partnership between Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) and the Community College of Baltimore County offers a 50% tuition reduction for all BCPS students enrolled in college courses. Furthermore, students who qualify as College and Career Ready (CCR) will not be billed for tuition, fees or books.
CCR students pay no tuition, fees or book costs. Other BCPS students are responsible for half the tuition, plus all books, fees and supplies.

This program is for College and Career Ready (CCR) students. CCR status is determined by BCPS.
All BCPS students are eligible for 50% tuition. College and Career Ready (CCR) students can receive free tuition, fees and books on two courses in the fall and two courses in spring semester during their junior and senior year of high school.

During her junior year of high school, Gillian Holland enrolled at CCBC, taking advantage of the BCPS Tuition Benefit program. She was able to graduate high school a full year early with 27 college credits, without the cost of tuition and fees.

Choose from a selection of CCBC courses that qualify for both high school and college credit.
You're eligible to take any CCBC credit course, as long as you meet the prerequisites. These courses will only count as college credit.
