CCBC participates with the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP), a recruitment and referral program that connects federal and private-sector employers with highly motivated college students and recent graduates with disabilities through summer or permanent jobs. To take advantage of this program, complete the following steps:
- Register in late August though early October.
- Schedule an appointment with a CCBC career counselor for a resume review/interviewing prep session.
- Check your email for approved applicant message and complete the in-depth applicant profile that includes uploading a resume, transcript and Schedule A documentation.
- Schedule a phone interview with an WRP representative. Phone interviews will take place in November.
Use WRP resources to work with federal government agencies and follow up with employers of interest. Visit Career Services for help with resumes, cover letters and interviewing.
