The Skylight Boutique is a safe place for Queer folks to find fun, affordable clothes and explore our identities. Everyone is welcome to shop, and when someone finds items they want or need they are encouraged to leave with them – regardless of whether they have money to pay.
While dreamed up as a service to the queer and specifically gender expansive community, we find that people both with and without queer identity have need for free or lowcost clothing, a welcoming and laidback shopping environment, and a place to try new things.
There are ten slots available each day. Participants will greet customers, work on the boutique floor and sort donations. You can reserve a volunteer slot through SignUpGenius.
