Graduation Application Instructions
1. Submit your graduation application by these deadline dates to allow time for CCBC to complete a transcript evaluation and to notify you if there are are missing degree or certificate course requirements. If any courses are missing, be sure to enroll in the next semester or session to graduate. Not sure if you are on track for graduation? Use CAPP (Degree Audit) to view your progress toward a degree or certificate.

Note: Submit the application on Friday before the due date if the deadline falls on the following weekend.
2. Graduation application specifics:

If you will complete requirements for both a degree and a certificate, submit a separate graduation application for each award. Review the Programs of Study and enter the correct program title on your graduation application.

Specify the catalog year that you followed to meet graduation requirements.

3. There is a non-refundable graduation fee of $50 for an associate degree and a $25 for a certificate. If you will receive both a degree and a certificate, the fee is $75. The fee may be paid in the Bursar's office or mailed with your graduation application. Checks may be made payable to CCBC.
