CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL
The following three courses provide the 50 hours needed to upgrade an appraisal license to “Certified Residential Appraiser” (they are also approved for continuing education hours for license renewal). The 3 courses do not need to be taken in order, but attendance is mandatory and a final exam will be given in each. Successful completion of the educational requirements for appraiser trainee license (at the minimum) is required to enroll. The courses were originally developed by Hondros Learning and have been approved by The Appraisal Foundation and the Maryland Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors Commission.

Advanced Residential Applications
Ease the challenge of complex residential appraisal assignments.
