Where to start

When to pay your bill and how to make a payment

Registration Received Payment Due Date

Note: A $30.00 late registration fee is charged for initial registrations made on or after the first day of the semester or session.

Be sure that CCBC receives your payment on or before the payment due date. If it is not received on time your registration will be cancelled.
Your payment date is based on the date of your first registration for the semester. If you register near the end billing cycle (January 4), there may not be sufficient time for a bill to reach you through the mail, and it is your responsibility to pay on time whether or not you receive a bill in the mail.

When to register
Meet with an advisor and register early. Register online for real convenience!
November 19 through January 27 for full term and 1st 7-week session
November 19 through March 17 for 2nd 7-week session

If you receive a Financial Aid award you are required to register for all courses by February 15.

How to register
Online registration is available 7 days a week.

  • Log on to SIMON, your CCBC Online Information System.
  • You may need to create a new user name and password. Detailed information is available on the log-on screen.
  • If you plan to Audit a credit class, click "Request to Audit Courses" and follow the instructions after you complete the registration process.

Registration hours

Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  
Extended Hours:
Friday, January 25 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 26 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, January 27 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Schedule adjustments (drop/add) in person only
January 28 - January 31 (Mon - Thurs) 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday, February 1 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, February 2 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
2nd 7-Week courses. Continue to Register through March 17

Late registration for open sections
You are permitted to register late for an open class without the Dean's or Designee's permission before the second class meeting. After the class has met twice, you are required to obtain the Dean's or Designee's permission (in consultation with the instructor).

Exceptions
Beginning the first day of the semester or session, the Dean's or Designee's permission is required after the first day of the semester or session for:

  • Courses that meet once a week only
  • Science courses with labs
  • Abbreviated sessions

The Dean's or Designee's permission is required for ALL Web courses on the first day of the semester or session. If you miss one class meeting, the late enrollment policy is in effect.
