How To Donate

For your convenience, the Community College of Baltimore County Foundation accepts contributions by cash, check, credit card, or payroll deduction. Credit card and payroll deduction contributions can now be completed online.

All donations must be submitted to your area volunteer or the CCBC Foundation Office by
March 15, 2013.

To Make Your Donation by:

Cash/Check

• Choose the CASH/CHECK DONATION FORM
• Print form
• Return form along with your cash or check to your area volunteer or the CCBC Foundation Office, L-212, CCBC Dundalk.

  
  

Credit Card

• Complete the Registration Information and check campus location in the Additional Information section.
• Complete the Donation Information section by checking your contribution amount and fund designation.
  (If you would like to designate a fund not on the list, please type the fund in the COMMENTS section under Payment Information. If you would like to split your gift between two or more funds, type the funds and amounts for each in the COMMENTS section.)
• Complete the Payment Information section by first selecting "Credit Card" and then entering credit card information.
• Click "Proceed to Verification," review your choices, and click "Make Your Donation."
• Print receipt for your records.
• Choose the ONLINE DONATION FORM.

Payroll Deduction
Payroll deductions are made over 20 pays as listed below:

Administrative, Faculty and Classified Staff:	April 15, 2013 through April 11, 2014
Plant Employees:	May 6, 2013 through May 16, 2014

• Complete the Registration Information and check campus location in the Additional Information section.
• Complete the Donation Information section by checking your contribution amount and fund designation.
  (If you would like to designate a fund not on the list, please type the fund in the COMMENTS section under Payment Information.
  If you would like to split your gift between two or more funds, type the funds and amounts for each in the COMMENTS section.)
• Complete the Payment Information section by selecting “Bill Me.”
• Click "Proceed to Verification," review your choices, click "Make Your Donation."
• Print receipt for your records.
• Choose the ONLINE DONATION FORM.

Remember to have your spouse check with his/her employer to see if they participate in a matching gift program. Some area companies that participate include BG&E/Constellation Energy, Verizon, T. Rowe Price, Exxon, and Pepsi. You can also visit www.matchinggifts.com.
