CT and MRI Program Information
Both the CT and MRI Certificate programs will be offered as hybrid courses. Expect about 4 hours of online lecture and one 2 hour in-seat class per week. Additional time for studying and completing assignments is necessary. The in-seat class time will typically be one evening a week from 6-8 p.m., but necessarily every week. Course schedules do vary, and the CT and MRI Programs will try to be as flexible as possible, knowing that most students work full-time.
The CT Program is a 6 month program which runs twice a year – January through June and July through December. The MRI Program is a 9 month program which runs late August through May.
Clinical is offered for those that need it at several of our clinical facilities: Franklin Square Hospital Center, Good Samaritan Hospital, Harbor Hospital, Maryland General Hospital, St. Joseph Medical Center (CT only), and the Offices of Advanced Radiology. A minimum of 16 hours a week is required for clinical.
