Summer 2012 Registration

If you are a returning student, ready to register, please read the registration information on this page.

If you are a returning student who has not attended classes within the past two years submit an updated application for admission.

If you have applied to CCBC, but have never registered for classes, your next steps are assessment, online orientation and registration.

If you have never attended CCBC, you first need to submit an application.

Summer 2012 Registration Dates and Times
Meet with an advisor and register early. Register online for real convenience!

  • Session I, 5-week, 6-week and 10-week classes through June 1
  • Session I, 7-week classes through June 15
  • Session II, 5-week classes through July 6
  • Session II, 6-week classes through July 13

Tuition Payment Schedule

SUMMER I
Registration Received Payment Due Date
On or before April 29 On or before May 10
After April 29 Tuition and fees due at time of registration
SUMMER II
Registration Received Payment Due Date
On or before May 27 On or before June 7
After May 27 Tuition and fees due at time of registration

How to Make a Payment

Be sure that CCBC receives your payment on or before the Payment Due Date. If it is not received on time your registration will be cancelled.

The Payment Due Date is based on the date of your first registration for the semester. If you register near the end billing cycle, there may not be sufficient time for a bill to reach you through the mail. It is your responsibility to pay on time whether or not you receive a bill in the mail.

Online registration is available 7 days a week

  • Log on to our On-Line Records and Registration System
  • You may need to create a new user name and password. Detailed information is available on the log-on screen
  • If you plan to Audit a credit class, click "Request to Audit Courses" and follow the instructions after you complete the registration process

Beginning April 29, Tuition and Fees are due at the time of registration for Summer I and beginning May 27, Tuition and Fees are due at the time of registration for Summer II.

Registration hours

Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Late Registration for Open Sections

A student may be permitted to register late for an open class without the Dean's or Dean's Designee's permission before the second class meeting. After the class has met twice, a student is required to obtain the Dean's or Dean's Designee's permission (in consultation with the instructor).

Exceptions
Beginning the first day of the semester/session, the Dean's/Designee's permission will be required for the following:

After the first day of the semester or session:

  • Courses that meet once a week only
  • Science courses with labs
  • Abbreviated sessions

The Dean's or Dean Designee's permission will be required for ALL Web courses on the first day of the semester/session. If the student misses one class meeting, the late enrollment policy will take effect.

Note: A $30.00 late registration fee will be charged for initial registrations made on or after the first day of the semester/session.
