Final Grades and Transcript Requests Check the academic calendar for the availability date of your final grades. To request an official transcript, complete a Transcript Request form and submit it to the Enrollment Services Center.

Enrollment Services Centers can issue a new card, or validate an existing one, during regular office hours two weeks before the start of the semester. You will need a second form of photo ID, like a driver's license, to obtain a CCBC ID card. Keep it safe because there is a $5.00 charge for a replacement card.
