On-Line Services Available for Faculty Members

Faculty members can access the following on-line services through SIMON (Student Information Management On-line Network):

Current Student Rosters

Enrolled Student Information

Final and Mid-Term Grade Submission

Teaching Schedule By Day and Time

Previous Term Course Information

Faculty members should visit the Inner Loop for instructions on how to utilize the Online Faculty Services.

First-time User Login Directions:

1. User ID – Enter your SSN or assigned CCBC Student ID.

2. PIN – Your initial PIN will be the last 6 digits of your SSN or assigned ID. Click Login.

3. On the next page you will see the message “Your PIN has expired. Please change it now.”

4. First, reenter the last 6 digits of your SSN in Old PIN.

5. Next, create a new 6 digit PIN (all numeric) that you will use to access your records in the future. You will enter this same new PIN twice.

6. Be sure to create a PIN that you will remember and write it down.

7. Lastly, you will be asked to enter a Login Security Question and Answer. This will allow you to reset your PIN if it is forgotten.
