Change of Student Information

Complete a Change of Student Information form to update your official college records for the following information and submit it to the Records and Registration office during regular business hours:

· Name

· Social Security Number (used only on the college application). Corrections require proof of Social Security Card.

· Street Address

· Phone Number

· E-Mail Address

· Program Major

Change of Residency Status

You are required to provide two forms of documentation to verify your address if you change your residency status to Baltimore County.
