Obtain a copy of the Project SPARK application by:

1. Downloading a hard copy of the complete application (Part A & B)

or

2. Calling the SPARK Office at 443-840-4132
|
|
or
|
|
3. Visiting the Project SPARK Office in K202-I
|
Submit the completed application in person or by mail.
** Only Signed Hardcopies of the Application will be accepted for review**
** Documentation of family income must be included **
** An attached paragraph explaining why you are in college and why you are seeking SPARK services must be included **
