CCBC ranked 73rd in Community College Week
‘Top 100 Associate Degree Producers’ (2008 Edition)

The June 16, 2008 issue of Community College Week, a national trade paper for community colleges, lists the Community College of Baltimore County as the 73rd producer of associate degrees in the nation. CCBC awarded 1410 associate degrees in all disciplines. These rankings are based on analysis of U.S. Department of Education data. The college also was ranked 72rd in awarding associate degrees to non-minorities.

CCBC’s School of Health Professions was ranked 41st in the nation in CCW’s “Top 50 Associate Degrees in Health Professions and Related Clinical Sciences” and 33rd in the “Top 50 Associate Degrees in Nursing.” No other Maryland community college made either national listing.
