to host FREE 'Sealant Saturday' Feb. 9 at CCBC Dundalk
BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (Jan. 10, 2013) – The Dental Hygiene program in the School of Health Professions at the Community College of Baltimore County is again joining with the Maryland Dental Hygienists’ Association in sponsoring Sealant Saturday.
This annual event is a community outreach program providing free dental examinations and clear, colorless, protective coatings on permanent molars to children ages 6 – 17 who are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This treatment is intended to help prevent tooth decay.
Register NOW for Sealant Saturday to be held Feb. 9, 2012 (snow date – Feb. 16) 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Dental Arts Building (D Building) at the Dundalk campus of the Community College of Baltimore County, 7200 Sollers Point Road, Dundalk, MD 21222. This event is free but appointments are required. Appointments typically last from 45 minutes to an hour for the examination and the sealant application.
