Job Fair '06 to be held April 7 at CCBC Essex Baltimore County
Executive James T. Smith, Jr. to attend
Baltimore County, Md. – The Community College of Baltimore
County (CCBC) hosts Job Fair ’06 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, April 7
in the D Building at CCBC Essex, 7201 Rossville Blvd. This event is
co-sponsored by Baltimore County and Essex-Middle River-White Marsh
Chambers of Commerce and CCBC Essex. Job Fair ’06 will give job seekers
the opportunity to meet with more than 40 metropolitan area employers.
The event is free and open to the community. For additional information,

A special feature of this year’s event will be a presentation by
Baltimore County Executive James T. Smith, Jr. of a proclamation
recognizing April as Community College Month in Baltimore County. CCBC
Chancellor Sandra L. Kurtinitis will accept the proclamation on behalf
of the college. CCBC is a single college, multi-campus institution with
three main campuses in Catonsville, Dundalk and Essex and two extension
centers in Hunt Valley and Owings Mills. CCBC serves more than 70,000
students annually.
Job Fair ’06 will give job seekers the opportunity to learn about
available job openings, educational and training requirements, starting
salaries, opportunities for advancement, benefit packages and more. The
