Apply for New Continuing Education Non Credit Student Admissions
(Please read and print the directions below before entering the system)
 

   

Step One:
Complete the online New Non Credit Student Admissions Process


Step Two:
Logon to the CCBC Online Information System to register for classes

  1. Logon to the "Apply For New Continuing Education Non Credit Student Admissions" webpage.
Hint The system will time-out if left idle for more than a few minutes. Once you start the process, it must be completed without interruption.
  1. On the "Logon Page" click on "First Time User Account Creation". (Click here to view a screen shot)
    (or if you are returning to complete your application please enter your login ID and pin that you created previously).

  2. Create a Logon ID and PIN (Click here to view a screen shot)

    1. Create a Logon: enter any combination of 9 numbers (please use numbers only and do not use letters or special characters) for example, your social security number.

    2. Create a PIN: enter a 6 digit PIN (numbers only, do not use letters or special characters).

    3. Verify PIN: enter the same numbers in step 2 above

    4. Click "Login"

    Hint After creating your Logon ID and PIN, please write them down and store in a safe place. You will need these to logon to the CCBC Online Information System to register for classes.


  3. Select an "Application Type". (Click here to view a screen shot)
    Click the arrow on the right of the drop down box to select "Quick Start Application ".
    Click "Continue".

  4. Complete the "Apply for Admissions" form.

    1. Be sure to select "Continuing Ed Term" by clicking the arrow on the right of the drop down box.

    2. Remember complete all required fields (those with a red star).

    3. When finished click the "Fill Out Application " button.

  5. Complete all 5 of the Application Checklists. There are 5 checklists which must be completed: Name, Address and Phone, Personal Info., Planned Course of Study, and Additional Info. (Click here to view a screen shot)

    1. Begin by selecting the link "Name"

    2. Complete all the fields (boxes)

    3. Click the "Continue" to go to the next checklist item. (Click here to view a screen shot)
      or you have the option to select "Finish Later" and exit the system, but you will need to logon again and complete all of the checklist items.

    4. After completing all of the checklist items you will be returned to the Application Checklist page.
      If you see all checkmarks (Click here to view a screen shot) you are finished, click the "Application is Complete" button.
      If you see an item without a checkmark, click the link and complete the item.

  6. Next you will arrive at the confirmation screen and will receive a thank you message. Your application is complete! You are ready to login to the CCBC Online Information System
