In spring 2011, The Maryland General Assembly redefined the Tuition Waiver for Students with Disabilities. HB 104 supersedes previous legislation and changed Section 16-106c of the Education Article, Annotated Code of Maryland.
In spring 2012, HB 53 new legislation provided for use of the Waiver for certain continuing education courses; effective July 2012.
