1. What is the CCBC Employee Giving Campaign?
Each year, faculty and staff are invited to lend philanthropic support to CCBC’s students, programs, and services. These contributions will provide an extra margin of excellence that allows us to perform our mission—providing an accessible, affordable, and high quality education for our students.
2. Where will my contribution be used?
Whether you choose to designate your gift to the General Fund, the CCBC PEP or Honors Program, or a CCBC program or scholarship fund, your generosity can help CCBC students in their educational endeavors. You Decide!
Fund Descriptions
CCBC Foundation General Fund
Contributions to the general fund provide foundation funding of all college activities and programs.
The CCBC Program Funds
CCBC offers many programs and services to our student and to the college community. Donations to college program funds guarantee CCBC has the additional resources to maintain these services.
CCBC Student Emergency Assistance Fund
The Financial Aid offices on each campus are given funds each academic year to use at their discretion for students with special financial needs. Donations to these emergency assistance and book funds allow the financial aid offices to respond to student needs.
CCBC Emergency Book Fund
With the increasing cost of college textbooks many students need help purchasing books required for classes. A donation to the Emergency Book fund allows the Financial Aid office to assist students with small amounts to cover books and supplies.
CCBC General Scholarship Fund
The General Scholarship Fund assists students based on need and/or merit as recommended by faculty, staff and administration. Donations to this general scholarship fund ensure that all students have an opportunity to obtain needed educational funding.
CCBC PEP Fund
Donations to the CCBC PEP fund creates additional funding for Baltimore County resident high school students to attend CCBC during their junior or senior year with reduced costs. This fund can be used to assist with books or tuition and fees.
CCBC Honors
The CCBC Honors program encourages the best and brightest students at CCBC to achieve and succeed. Donations to this fund will provide scholarship assistance to students that have met and maintained the criteria for the CCBC Honors Program.
Mansion Fund
Donations to the Mansion Fund will be used to restore the architectural beauty and historical value of the Hilton mansion while creating classroom space for seminar-sized education and training as well as serving as a spacious hospitality, meeting and reception venue.
Program/Scholarship Funds
Scholarship funds ensure that a higher education is within everyone’s reach. A comprehensive list of all CCBC Foundation program and scholarship funds is located here. Your donation can be directed to any of these funds.
