New government regulations mandate that every food service establishment must have at least one full-time employee per shift who is certified in food safety. To help the food service industry comply with this requirement, The Community College of Baltimore County has partnered with the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation to offer the 16-hour training course in safe food handling. Offered days, evenings and weekends at various times, this ServSafe® Certification course can also be delivered on site at your business location to accommodate the work schedules of your employees.
