For lunch dishes, you will cook Stir-fried minced chicken with chili, garlic, and basil (Pad Ka-Prow) and stir-fried fat rice noodles with soy sauce (Pad See-ew). Dinner dishes include grilled whole fish (Pla Pao), stuffed with lemongrass and Kaffir lime and wrapped in banana leaves. Pound chili and garlic in a granite mortar and pestle to make spicy seafood chili sauce and create an aromatic lemongrass soup with seafood (Tom Kha Ta-lay).
