Complete the two part series successfully and earn the Certified Front Desk Representative certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI).

GUEST SERVICE AGENT/HOTEL FRONT DESK (a two part series)

Kick start your career in hospitality by preparing for a position as a guest service agent. Assess the various career options in hospitality and develop the skills necessary to excel as a guest service agent. You will be able to navigate Micros OPERA, the most widely used front desk management system in the world.

Guest Service GOLD® Hospitality Training

Focus on seven key elements required to consistently deliver the highest levels of guest service. Guest service that goes above and beyond should come from a desire to provide guests with the very best. Upon successful completion of this course and exam, students earn the Certified Guest Service Professional® (CGSP®) designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AH&LEI).

Guest Service Agent/Hotel Front Desk, Part Two

Continue to develop the skills necessary to excel as a guest service agent. Upon successful completion of this second course in the two-part series, you will earn the Certified Front Desk Representative certification from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and will be able to navigate Micros OPERA, the most widely used front desk management system in the world.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT

ManageFirst® PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
NATIONAL RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION

The ManageFirst Program (MFP), created by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) is a management development program that equips students with the key competencies needed to begin or advance their management careers in the demanding food service industry.

To earn the MFP credential, students must pass the four Core Credential Topic exams and one Foundation/Elective Topic exam. 800 service hours in the food service industry are required for the MFP credential (not required for participation in the classes) and can be completed at any time. Students completing all three electives receive a Food and Beverage Management Professional Continuing Education Certificate from CCBC.
