CENTER FOR A.C.C.E.S.S. You can make a difference…
INSTRUCTORS NEEDED The Center for A. C.C.E.S.S. at CCBC is the only community college program of its kind in the state offering contract continuing education courses specifically geared for individuals with developmental, emotional or physical disabilities who attend community/day habilitation or residential facilities as well as at CCBC campus locations. Classes generally run 1-2 hours per week for 16 weeks with a 1-2 week break in between trimesters. Most classes are held between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. , Monday through Friday. Some classes are available on weekends and in the evenings at local State hospitals. Requirements include a minimum of a bachelor's degree, master's preferred, subject matter expertise and a desire and/or experience working with individuals with special needs.
