General Education
The Maryland Higher Education Commission
stipulates that in order to receive associate degrees, students must
fulfill not only the requirements of their specific programs of study
but also those of a general education. The specific General Education
course requirements may vary with the type of associate degree.
General Education Course Requirements
Set forth below are the
course requirements, by category, for each type of associate degree.
