2013 Spring Fitness/Recreation Schedule
The Fitness Sessions meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:20 p.m. -1:10 p.m. at the CCBC Essex gym. (Some sessions are outside or in the weight training center (upper level of the gym.) These fitness sessions are "FREE" for faculty, staff and students! Please bring your ID card, towel and water to each session.
