CCBC Arts is home to many artistic disciplines, unified under one school. Explore the creative works of students and faculty as well as local, regional and national artists in a campus gallery. See — or perhaps take part in — one of our acclaimed music, dance or theatre productions. Whatever your artistic interests and cultural inclinations, you can cultivate your passions at CCBC. Performing Arts

Dance 

The CCBC Dance Company is rooted in a global appreciation of the art form and offers technique and appreciation classes in a variety of styles.

Music 

From classical to jazz, vocal to instrumental, CCBC performing arts offers a variety of styles and periods of music. Music Forum performances feature faculty, professional musicians and student performers and all are free to the public.

Theatre 

In addition to our two student theatre programs, CCBC is home to three community theatres. There are performance and audience opportunities for all ages and experience levels.

The Galleries at CCBC

The art galleries at CCBC, managed and curated by our Institute of Art and Design, are dedicated to showcasing quality visual arts. We're proud to present a dynamic series of exhibitions by local, regional and national artists showcasing a range of media, dealing with diverse themes. The galleries also showcase outstanding artwork created by students in the Art Department.

Community Book Connection

The Community Book Connection (CBC) is a college-wide reading initiative dedicated to promoting a culture of dialogue, discussion and debate at CCBC. Each year we select a book that we recommend to the college community and host related events like keynote lectures, discussions, field trips and more.
