School of Health Professions

Welcome to the School of Health Professions

The degree programs are generally two-year courses of study that allow the student to achieve either an Associate of Science or Associate of Applied Science degree. Graduates of the Physician Assistant program receive a certificate that allows registration for a national certification examination and a Master of Science degree from Towson University. We do offer two new cerrtificate programs! Both CT and MRI are 6 month programs offered to current ARRT Registered Ragiographers.

Each program prepares graduates who are eligible, to take certification examinations given by state and national certification agencies. Each program is currently accredited by a state or national accreditation agency.

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2011 - Paper applications to the SHP programs will neither be available nor accepted for admission. Once a student has applied to CCBC, they may log into their SIMON account with CCBC and apply to the program through Student Services menu.
