School of Health Professions

Welcome to the School of Health Professions

Our goal is to prepare students for an exciting career in the health field by offering degrees and certificates in highly sought after areas. The degree programs are generally two-year courses of study that allow the student to achieve either an Associate of Science or Associate of Applied Science degree. Graduates of the Physician Assistant program receive both a certificate that allows registration for a national certification examination and a Master of Science degree from Towson University. Our certificates courses earn college credits! We offer CT, MRI, LPN and Psycho-Social Rehab with completion times ranging from 6 to 12 months.

Each program prepares graduates who are eligible, to take certification examinations given by state and national certification agencies. Each program is currently accredited by a state or national accreditation agency.

Paper applications to the SHP programs are neither available nor accepted for admission. Select 'Getting Started" for application instructions.
