Literacy, basic math, GED and ESOL
The first word in our name is community and we take the commitment to serve the basic education needs in the Baltimore County area seriously. If you need to improve your reading, writing and math abilities, we can help you update your skills. Or if you need to complete your high school diploma, we have face-to-face and online options through our GED program.
We also offer English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes for all levels of learners.
Courses for fun and personal enrichment
Pick your passion. Learn art, cooking, dancing, music and more. We even have classes to help you turn your passion for fitness and wellness into a career. Maybe it's time to learn a new language or teach others English. We are here to help you grow.
Learning is a lifelong adventure
Embrace the joy of lifelong learning with CCBC's Senior Adventures in Learning (SAIL) program. SAIL offers opportunities to explore new interests, sharpen existing skills, or simply connect with like-minded individuals. Seniors over 60 pay no tuition (only fees) regardless of the class you take.
SAIL is your passport to a world of intellectual, social, and cultural enrichment.
